Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Hearts With River! Our products are custom-made to order through Printful, so returns are limited to protect both you and us.
Accepted Returns
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photos
- We’ll replace or refund fully (including shipping if it’s our error)
No Returns Accepted
- Change of mind, wrong size chosen, or buyer’s remorse
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- After 30 days from delivery
How Returns Work
- Email info@heartswithriver.com with your order number and photos
- If approved, we’ll provide return instructions
- Customer pays return shipping (unless it’s our error)
- Refund issued within 7-10 business days of receiving the item
